Apple Creator Steve Wozniak Building Busy 2019 Speaking Engagement Schedule

Like most years, the speaking schedule is already filling up in 2019 for Apple computer creator Steve Wozniak. There is no doubt that "the Woz's" affable personality and amazing achievements have made him one of the top names in technology.

Three recent appearances have been announced for Wozniak and the first stop is at Pepperdine's Graziadio Business School. He will participate in an event recognizing the school's 50th anniversary on a panel discussion titled, "Values and the Future of Work in the Smart Machine Age."

SourceMedia's Dig|In: The Digital Future of Insurance going on May 29-31 is Wozniak's next announced event on the docket. He will deliver the conference's keynote address and discuss things like autonomous cars, artificial intelligence and the Internet of things.

Most recently, it was revealed that Wozniak will pay a visit to Buena Vista University. On October 4, he will deliver the 23rd William V. Siebens American Heritage Lecture laureate.

That will be just the tip of the iceberg for what should be a busy year for Wozniak. Even though he co-founded Apple over 40 years ago, he remains extremely relevant today as a technology futurist and speaker.

Wozniak was instrumental in the development of the Apple I and Apple II computer. Later, after leaving the company, he created the first universal remote with the organization he founded, CL9.

Wozniak remains a ceremonial employee of Apple and is the chief scientist at Primary Data. He also advocates for the use of increased technology in K-12 schools.
