Technology Entrepreneur Randi Zuckerberg to Speak at the Bell International Leaders Series

One of the main missions former Facebook executive Randi Zuckerberg has is getting more women inspired to pursue technology jobs and entrepreneurship. She will travel north of the border this spring to continue that initiative at the Bell International Leaders series.

The Chamber of Commerce of Metropolitan Montreal invited Zuckerberg to speak on March 14. She follows in a long line of prestigious presenters that include Twitter co-founder Biz Stone, Wikipedia founder Jimmy Wales and Apple co-founder Steve Wozniak

During her time in Montreal, Zuckerberg will also meet a group of young women as part of Ubisoft Women in Tech. The program encourages these women to pursue technology careers and aligns them with positive role models.

Zuckerberg was one of Facebook's early employees and served as the director of market development and spokesperson. She is credited with being the creator of Facebook Live.

Zuckerberg resigned from the company in 2011 and started the social media company, Zuckerberg Media. She worked in advertising following her graduation from Harvard University.

Zuckerberg is the author of the bestselling book, "Dot Complicated." She also hosts a SiriusXM radio show and produces a television show of the same name.
