Babak Hodjat is the chief executive officer and co-founder of Sentient Technologies. Hodjat specializes in machine learning and artificial intelligence. Hodjat believes that artificial intelligence and machine learning can advance the global economy and make entire industries more efficient. He has a science background, as he attended the Sharif University of Technology and was awarded a Master’s degree in software engineering in 1995. He received a Ph.D. in machine intelligence from Kyushu University in 2003. Hodjat has given a number of technology speeches.
