Barry’s success helped him to start a television career with a series called Close Encounters with Keith Barry. The show aired across Europe from 2003 to 2005. Later in his career, Barry became an activist who campaigned against elder abuse. Barry began to speak out after his grandfather was attacked and killed by burglars.
