Between August 2009 to August 2010 Dennis F. Hightower worked for the state as Deputy Secretary of the U.S D.O.C (United States Department of Commerce) in the position of C.M.O (Chief Operating Officer). Originally an experienced business executive, 35 years to be exact, he was well-versed in areas of Operational Planning, Strategic Planning, Strategic Management Consulting, Corporate Governance and General Management.
